Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Shipping for all orders is via Federal Express Home Delivery. Deliveries will not be made to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical mailing address.

Privacy & Security

  • All your sensitive private information, including password, credit card details etc. is transmitted over the Internet via 128 bit SSL encryption. No sensitive information will ever be sent via email. This ensures that no data can be intercepted on the way to and from our server.
  • Your password will not be revealed even if you forgot and requested the login information be sent via email. We will send you a temporary one instead. Your credit card details are not stored.
  • All relevant privacy laws are strictly followed. In particular, none of your personal data will ever be used outside the scope of the commercial operation of our business.

Returns & Replacements

We offer only the highest quality veterinary supplies and products available. If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have the product replaced or have a claim filed with the delivery carrier if necessary. Claims must be made within 72 hours after you receive an order. You may cancel an order at no cost if it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our terms of return. If you need to return merchandise, please contact us for a return authorization. Refused orders are treated as returns. You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to our facility. The product(s) being returned must arrive unopened and in saleable condition. We strongly urge shipping any returns in durable protective packaging with tracking so you can confirm when we have received it.  If you would like us to send a call tag instead of shipping the item(s) back yourself we can do this via FedEx with a $17 call tag fee per box.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be made within 30 days of the original order. We are unable to accept any returns of refrigerated items.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. While we do strive to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be miss-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, J & B Medical shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will hold your order and notify you of the price increase. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
